How long does UK delivery take?

Yes — all live products are CPSR assessed. The Batana Body Butter range is fully certified for professional distribution.

Can I return a product?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us to arrange a return.

Yes. Our Batana Oil is 100% pure — no additives, no preservatives, no fillers. Sourced directly from Honduras.

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the postal services, customs procedures, and local conditions in your country. We cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders.

Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. The Luxe Essentials is not responsible for any customs delays or charges.

Returns & Refunds

Return window: 30 days from date of delivery

Condition: Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging

How to return: Contact us at [email protected] before returning any item. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds: Processed within 5–7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return postage: Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Consumer Rights (UK)

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to a refund, repair or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (cooling-off period) without giving a reason.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return postage.

Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, contact us at [email protected] with your order number.

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the items before a refund can be processed.
